75Health Electronic Health Record (EHR) software helps healthcare professionals in small and mid-sized medical clinics to manage digital records and patient information. It uses a cloud-based system for storing and processing all these records. Salient features include automated email generation, online billing, drug list management, vaccination tracking, and appointment generation.
Patients’ records and practice documents such as handouts, x-rays, and consent forms can be uploaded by the user. Moreover, users can also scan allergies’ records, medications, lab results, and symptom lists. Patient care plans can also be created with tests and guidelines using the solution.
e-Prescriptions (e-Rx) can be submitted and patient statements can be managed by professionals, using its e-prescribing feature. It also provides Clinical Decision Support, which gives clinicians information about the dosage of medicines, past allergies of patients and much more. In addition, it can also send reminders to patients when their tests are overdue.
The software is supported on the Web browser (OS Agnostic) or via email, phone, and other online resources.
