Verdict: AllegianceMD is a great EHR with modern features but the pricing might not be ideal for smaller practices. If budget is not a concern it is a great choice.

Pros: The automation tools help speed up daily tasks. The system is web based so I can access it anywhere. The interface is clean and simple to use.
Cons: Support is not very responsive when issues come up. The reporting features could be better.
Verdict: AllegianceMD is a good EHR overall but customer service needs improvement. It is efficient and makes documentation easier.

Pros: It has some useful features but nothing stands out. It is okay for handling basic EHR tasks.
Cons: Glitches happen too often and it is frustrating. The system logs me out randomly and support takes too long to respond.

Pros: We love the fact that it allows us to electronically prescribe and track controlled substances. We can conveniently create electronic requests that we can submit to the pharmacy directly.
Cons: Minor glitches after updates.
