Pros: Amazing charting and scheduling tools. The reminders for patients are also great and my staff calls it their favorite feature. I believe it is the best EMR software and very convenient for both provider and patient.
Cons: Just the customer support. Could be better.

Pros: It has very smooth functionality, with great features. Also e-faxing I believe is an underrated feature, as it is very helpful when all patient referrals can be assigned directly.
Cons: Not much fond of the web questionnaires.
Verdict: Would be a seamless integration into any practice.
