Pros: Training was excellent. Nothing much else to say. Most Electronic billing software is very similar. Offers good customization.
Cons: They are constantly upgrading their software which puts their system down for days. Do something about these.
Verdict: The system needs improvement.
Pros: We could return to paper charting which was more accurate and efficient.
Cons: Lots of buttons to click. worst possible design, super slow transition time. Frequently freezes and crashes.
Verdict: Poor design, speed and support
Pros: It is very economical that's the only good part about it.
Cons: Not user friendly and every other week system goes down.
Verdict: Keeps crashing
Pros: The ePrescription and eFax service is great.
Cons: The interface is a big dull. You need the ID number of the patient to do anything with the insurance company and you cant find that ID easily.
Verdict: It is customizable and good but building the functions require a lot of time and effort.
Pros: Support is great and readily available. Very user friendly software and the adaptability of software between specialty clinics is fairly easy.
Cons: The obstetrical component sometimes crashes and doesn't allows editing.
Verdict: Simple and easy for clinical use
Pros: The documentation process is really easy. You can document a patient encounter without doing much work. Also navigating through different sections of the software was really easy.
Cons: I didn't like the customer support
Verdict: Nice product. Could be better with good customer support
Pros: How easy the system is to use and the great customer service. I also enjoyed the transition of our old billing system to this billing system. The implementation process was smooth.
Cons: We need to go to a larger report and custom design the report in excel to fit out needs. Other than that customer service needs improvement.
Verdict: Great program so far
