AntWorks Healthcare Software provides Electronic Health Software (EHR) solutions for a variety of specialties. It is designed for large group practices and physicians, and works on the server of the practice, or even hosted remotely. The main features it offers healthcare providers include clinical, financial, and administrative tools.

The Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) offered by AntWorks facilitates charge entry, posting, coding, claims to process, credentialing, denial, and revenue management. The performance reviews and consulting service ensure no revenue is lost and profit is maximized,

A separate patient portal is introduced for better patient communication. This portal allows access to patient information and facilitates appointment booking and scheduling. The reminders for booked appointments can also be sent via this portal.

Different reports for acknowledgment, payer response, submission, rejected claims, and processing can be managed by the claims tracking module. The report designer of this Electronic Medical Software Software allows the creation and customization of billing forms, letters, and reports, etc.

Payment plans include monthly subscriptions and a perpetual license. The software is supported by Mac OS, Web browser (OS agnostic), Windows 7, Windows XP, and Windows 2000. Customer support is offered via phone, email, and an online portal.

    Pros: Very easy to use and teach new users. It works great for basically everything we use in our practice!

    Cons: Support doesn always contact us back right away and closes early at 3pm MST. Its an issue especially if you need something right away or have a system-wide outage.

    Verdict: Good software but in some places not what we were promised.

    Pros: I like the support management a lot. The software is also very easy to learn and setup.

    Cons: Sometimes the features you use change with updates, but the staff are usually quick to add them back if you let them know.

    Verdict: Very pleasant and easy to work with.

    Pros: Excellent support staff. The software is always up and running because its cloud based.

    Cons: The billing system feels like its just an add-on, and definitely needs improvement.
