Pros: Azalea Health EMR has a clean interface that is easy to adapt to. The charting tools are also streamlined and the integration with telehealth features has been especially handy for follow up appointments. I appreciate how well it syncs with our billing system and saves my staff a lot of time.
Cons: Just that the dashboard could be more robust and sometimes the system slows down during peak hours.
Verdict: It might not be the best but is a reliable and practical EMR for everyday use. It keeps workflows smooth and has made a noticeable difference to our clinic.
