Pros: No more typing of the same things every day because we now have personalized clinical note templates which we can also filter by a quick user view or review the tooth history. This software has helped us to create multiple treatment plan options which we now share with out the patient to keep them fully informed.
Cons: Tracking is sometimes a bit of a task. Maybe an update is required.
