Pros: We were able to cut some of our costs with training since it was actually fairly easy and intuitive, The web app, being able to accesss appointments, records, etc, is a huge convenience. It makes for a really efficient workflow.
Cons: That being said, the whole np referral system definitely needs fixing.
Verdict: Im very satisfied overall and would highly recommend Dentrix.

Cons: Something are unecessarily complicated like printing or reports. It just takes up a lot of time.
