Pros: I really like the fact that most of its features are customizable. In our field of behavioral health such a system to address all the specific terms and needs is just a blessing. Could not have asked for more.
Cons: We have not had any major problems, and minor glitches are tolerable.

Pros: EHR your way has everything our practice needs. I really appreciate how we were able to make necessary changes to our documentation templates. The support team has answers to all our queries and have always been very friendly and understanding.
Cons: The reporting could be improved it is not up to the mark.

Pros: It has been over a year that we have been using this software system, and we are very happy with our decision of choosing it. It has a great and helpful team and the EHR itself is extremely efficient.
Cons: We only faced issues initially with the merging of our fax system to the EHR system.

Pros: It is a great user-friendly software system. I really like its process of creating, submitting, and tracking claims. The billing process is less complicated and has decreased the time it takes to complete weekly billing.
Cons: My only problem is that having multiple sessions at one time is not easy at all. It becomes very time consuming and is quite complicated.
Verdict: A very nice and comprehensive EHR.

Pros: EHR your way is an intuitive software system. It not just has all the features we were looking for but we were also able to adjust the existing forms to meet our specific needs , which is just great.
