Pros: Its integrated teleconferencing is what I like the most. Our healthcare providers have been using it for video conferencing with patients. They even use it to make diagnosis, therapy, monitoring etc. In these tough times, this EHR has made it so much easier to see our patients.
Cons: There is absolutely nothing to not like in this EMR.
Verdict: It is flexible to support changes and expansion in a healthcare.

Cons: I can think of nothing that needs to be changed or modified.
Verdict: I was reluctant to change at first my colleague first introduced this EHR Billing system to me. Really pleased.

Pros: I really like the patient portal. It keeps our patients engaged by letting them review their current and past medical history. Our patients often laud how they can easily make payments, and securely communicate with our organization for appointments or to update their demographic information.
Cons: I wish there was one on one training rather than webinars and documentation for a more comprehensive understanding.
Verdict: It is indeed a quality and specialty driven EHR.
