Pros: The system keeps everything under one roof which I appreciate. I can chart and bill and schedule without flipping between platforms. It has helped my office stay more organized overall.
Cons: It just feels clunky sometimes like it was built piece by piece rather than as one streamlined product. Customer service is hit or miss depending on who answers.
Verdict: Average experience. I do not hate it but not love it either. It is functional but I am not sure it is the best option out there.

Pros: I like that I can access my records remotely which helps if I need to check something after hours. The automated reminders for patients have reduced no-shows noticeably and that alone has made a big difference.
Cons: The system is not very intuitive for new staff. Training them on it takes longer than I would like and there are too many small menus to click through.
Verdict: Not perfect but good enough that I am staying with it. It is reliable once you are used to it though I do wish they would simplify the user interface.
