Pros: Documentation is very thorough. you can follow the path a patient takes to get to collections as it happens and correct it before it is too late
Cons: Can sometimes be irritating when trying to pull data.
Verdict: There have been speedbumps along the way, but Genesis EMR has constantly released updates that patch these issues.
