Pros: I have been using PrimeSUITE for a number of years and I appreciate how customizable the charting is. It lets me adapt workflows to my specific needs in internal medicine. Billing integration has also reduced our claim denials.
Cons: The reporting tools are not as flexible as I would like and running detailed analytics can be frustrating.
Verdict: Overall it does its job but if you are looking for in-depth analytics or advanced reporting this may not be the strongest choice.

Pros: It does a solid job with charting and patient histories. The templates are customizable enough that I can adjust them for family medicine which saves me some time during busy days. I also like how smoothly it integrates with our billing system which cuts down on errors.
Cons: The interface feels dated and the learning curve for new staff is not trivial.
Verdict: PrimeSUITE is a practical system once you get used to it but not the most modern or intuitive. It works fine if you are willing to put in the time to customize.

Pros: The patient scheduling module is reliable and helps keep our pediatric office organized. The system is stable and does not crash often which I appreciate. Lab integrations have been fairly seamless so results show up promptly in charts.
Cons: It feels clunky compared to newer EHRs and the navigation requires too many clicks to accomplish simple tasks.
Verdict: It is not flashy but it works. If you don’t mind a bit of extra clicking you can still run a clinic smoothly with it.
