Pros: Overall great for a small group thats okay with a more minimal feature set, but could do with some additions like specific access rights for different users and user types. Though it might not have a lot on paper, it's perfectly functional with what it does offer.
Cons: Its a little frustrating trying to figure out how to maneuver through things, like charting for example. I think it lacks some things which are pretty standard by now.

Pros: Claims entry and transmitting with the practice management system is very efficient. The coding automatically imports from the EMR so theres no duplication of data entry. The developers at Greenway listen to the users of the system, and updates often contain new modalities that were developed after suggestions from doctors, nurses, or mid levels.
Cons: The chart documentation is quite challenging to work with and is dependent upon carefully streamlined templates.
Verdict: Offers good functionality, and works quite easily for the most part.
