Cons: We have experienced occasional glitches and slow performance which is frustrating when the software freezes or crashes unexpectedly,

Pros: It does everything for my practice. I don't need any other system to run my practice. It makes my staff more efficient, no redundant data entry, easy billing, and scheduling.
Cons: Wish it was around when I opened my practice in 2009.
