Pros: Issue resolving process is very easy. Customer service is quick and easy.

Cons: Training videos are old and are not step by step so it is sometimes tough to learn. Maybe a training booklet could help

Pros: It is built for outpatient therapy. All in one system. The support has been amazing. A general store for cash based service. It is very customizable and helps your staff track visits.

Cons: No errors which there team is not already working on.

Verdict: We switched from another EMR but it has been a good decision so far.

Pros: Ease of scheduling. Easy to read notes, very customizable, general store makes cash selling easy.

Cons: Action buttons should stand out more. Some aspects are not able to to be deleted.

Pros: I like that you are able to copy your notes including the exercises for the previous sessions and update or edit the information as required.

Cons: Site operation is a little too complex, and technical assistance is not that much of a help in this domain

Pros: Makes the difficulty easy. Auto posting insurance payments is one of my favorite features.

Cons: You have things to work out everytime there is a new update or product added to it. But there are not many issues.

Pros: Reduced tremendous amount of work, efficient programs to deal with our daily appointments.

Cons: The reports are a little clunky and disorganized. Occasional bugs are be worked out

Pros: Most user friendly as compared to the others I have used. One complete system without multiple outsourcing tools and fully customizable

Cons: A little too expensive, learning a new system when you switch but the daily live training helps.

Verdict: HENO is all in one PM software for my clinic
