Pros: It is simply amazing. We would never use anything else because we are so happy with how simple it is to use. Scans from various devices can be directly imported into patient charts and we can inform patients of the test findings as they are seeing their retinal scans.
Cons: I would not want anything to be different from what Liquid is now providing.
Verdict: Liquid is a great EHR software.

Pros: The customer service representatives at LiquidEHR are very approachable and readily available by phone or remote connection. Never once have we received a machine for technical support or been placed on wait. They even offer assistance for emergencies on Saturdays. The software packaging that was customizable was superb.
Cons: The section tabs can be a little confusing because clicking on one tab causes the other tabs to reorder making it take longer to return to the tab or tabs you were on initially.
Verdict: An amazing software for optometrists.

Pros: I am quite impressed with its integrated acuity charting. It also has this patient recall image tool that is extremely helpful, and its documentation method is very simple.
Cons: I have not found the scheduling as impressive; it could be better.
Verdict: An impressive EHR.
