Cons: This software has way too many features and not all of them are used.

Pros: I am quite impressed with its integrated acuity charting. It also has this patient recall image tool that is extremely helpful, and its documentation method is very simple.
Cons: I have not found the scheduling as impressive; it could be better.

Pros: I really like its multi-user capability. It can be accessed easily and securely from our back office to our front office and anywhere. I also like the electronic prescribing tool it has helped us a lot.
