Cons: Reversals need work they are a pain and time consuming. Refund process is complex.

Pros: The pediatrics templates are just fine. A lot of customization has to be done.
Cons: System freezes frequently and some of the templates have wrong information.

Pros: I do not have anything positive to say about this EMR. I have experienced shutdowns, lost data and HIPAA violations.
Cons: Crashes on a daily basis. It almost takes more than 5 minutes to log in and get to a screen where you can finally start working.
Verdict: Not recommended, unless the company offers a version that has lesser problems.

Cons: The notes do not save at times & the spell check is faulty.
