HealthFusion, MediTouch is a completely cloud-based EHR software with (as its name suggests) a touch-screen user interface for a more mobile-centric experience. Before designing MediTouch, HealthFusion tapped into the recurring problems healthcare providers faced with their existing Electronic Medical Records software, and so decided to move away from the clunky desktop and the server-based technology. In this way, MediTouch revolutionized electronic healthcare record-keeping by making the application solely web-based so that it could be accessed on any device that has the appropriate connectivity.
At its core, MediTouch is a complete electronic healthcare recording system with easy-to-use functions such as charting, specialty-specific ailment templates, electronic prescription, medication management, allergy checks, order management, lab tests, document, and patient file management.
MediTouch’s touchscreen technology can also be customized to meet a provider’s personal charting preferences. MediTouch can also be configured with HealthFusion Practice Management (PM) system, or purchased on its own. The complete system is certified by an ONC-ATCB to meet the Meaningful Use criteria.
HealthFusion prices the MediTouch EHR® Software on a pay-per-provider, monthly subscription, which includes customer support and training services. Support is provided domestically by full-time HealthFusion employees.

Cons: Too many choices for a certain systems such as dermatology.
Verdict: It saved us a lot of time and speeded up our various processes fairly well. If you are going for it try negotiating the price to get your hands on the best deal.

Pros: It is customizable and easy to use. The company has great implementation team and gives excellent training.
Cons: Absolutely nothing
Verdict: We had disappointing experiences in the past and lost a lot of money in making bad choices. At first we were a bit skeptical of MediTouch (previous experiences, you know) but were really happy with our decision as the software was simply excellent. The software is incredibly customizable and comprehensive.
