Pros: NueMD EHR is a very user friendly software and not complicated at all. It was so easy to learn it with a little training. I think it will work great for both big or small practices.
Cons: The only problem I have had with NueMD EHR is with the number of updates for claims. If it could update the entire account at one time rather than for each claim then would be nice.
Verdict: I really like NueMD EHR and would definitely recommend.
Pros: The one good thing about NueMD EMR is that we have not had any claim issues in the 2 years of its use.
Cons: With NueMD EMR we have to log in every single time to retrieve previous data. It does not take negative payments and have to figure out how to enter recoup amounts.
Verdict: NueMD EHR is good enough for the price you pay, but it is not suitable for large practices.
Oana, Medical Clinic

Cons: I just don't like some of the controls of NueMD EHR as they are unnecessarily complicated.
Verdict: NueMD EHR has a robust support system.
Pros: When we were looking for an EMR for our practice, budget was the main issue. Thanks to NueMD EHR and its affordable price tag, we had an EMR up and running at our practice in no time. The accessibility offered through its cloud based nature was absolutely brilliant as it enabled us to access medical documents from anywhere and at any time.
Cons: We are no tech wizards and would have appreciated a little assistance with NueMD EHR software setup. The technical support service definitely needs to improve.
Verdict: NueMD EHR is definitely worth having for your practice.

Bill, Innovations Medical
Pros: The insurance approval of NueMD EMR is not better than any other software in the market. But it is fine for a normal usage.
Cons: NueMD EMR has very limited customization. I ended typing a lot to fill in the gaps where the software didn't even have macros or hotkeys.
Verdict: I would called it an average software.
Jakson, Chiro Practice
