    Pros: It is such a peace of mind to be able to quickly access appointments or check on messages and even outstanding labs and so much more. Also reviewing patient charts and demographics before beginning an encounter was never this easy before. Love how it is so convenient to quickly navigate to anywhere in the EMR at the click of button.

    Cons: Just that we have had to face a few rejections at times.

    Verdict: Overall an amazing software system.

    Pros: With OneTouch we can document prescribe and create orders from any device. Our mobility and adaptability have improved immensely.

    Cons: I wish there were more ways to get in touch with the customer service department as it takes ages getting through to them.

    Verdict: A fantastic EMR system.

    Pros: It is very easy to use and helps us connect to our labs electronically and effortlessly reducing more than half our workload. It has also improved the efficiency of our practice as well as increased our revenues while we provide the best patient care possible.

    Cons: I think with the kind of specific features it has might not be suitable to practices of all sizes.

    Verdict: A software system that increases productivity and adds to peace of mind.

    Pros: It is amazing how we could conveniently customize this EMR to the needs of our practice. It has such an intuitive functionality which can be done by touch, type, or built-in voice dictation. It is very easy to use.

    Cons: The templates are a bit complicated to understand.

    Verdict: It is an incredibly simple and easy to use EMR software system.

    Pros: With OneTouch we can quickly access the appointments, check on messages, outstanding labs, Rx refills, and add new patients and appointments. My favorite features are the daily newsfeeds and patient charts. We can conveniently navigate through the EMR at the click of a button.

    Cons: We have only faced a few problems due to connectivity nothing else.

    Verdict: I strongly recommend OneTouch EMR.

    Pros: I love its ease of use and the overall design of this software system. We get everything we need at one place which saves us the hassle of too many clicks. OneTouch has contributed to not just our productivity, but to our revenue as well.

    Cons: Just the customer service. It is good but very slow in response.

    Verdict: An intuitive EMR.

    Pros: The best thing I like about this software is its templates that are very easy to customize. We were able to make the software shadow our workflow in no time and things were never this easy before. I would personally recommend OneTouch EMR to any practice that is non-traditional or needs an excellent web-based software solution.

    Cons: I absolutely had no problems with this software. Sounds unreal, yeah, but we actually had no problems with it.

    Verdict: Every practice has a unique workflow so its my opinion that people should go for the trial version for a few weeks and see how it can work for their setting.
