Pros: Accounting features are really helpful. Also, like the ease of claim submission.
Cons: The patient list formats are quite limited and the data has to be exported to Excel for customized lists.
Verdict: I am really happy with this product. The technical support and the customer service I received was TOP NOTCH! Even if they weren't able to solve the issues immediately, still the response from their tech team was quick.
