    Pros: What I like best about Penelope Case management software is its built-in smart forms and their flexibility. I am impressed how robust the whole system is and how easy it is to create and update it on our own with no need for expensive and time-consuming customization.

    Cons: It is not as easy to identify messages that need attention. There needs to be a separate notification for reminders or important tasks.

    Verdict: Works better and faster than many other software.

    Pros: We have attained great benefits using Penelope cloud-based client management software. It has some great collaboration tools that have automated our workflow and helped us save time and increased our efficiency.

    Cons: Nothing as such other than the learning curve to it.

    Verdict: It improves accuracy and efficiency.

    Pros: It is customizable and has many features to like. It can manage some of the most important tasks on its own like tracking intake information and demographics or consent forms, as well as client history.

    Cons: I find the layout a bit old fashioned. It would be nice to see some modern layout.

    Verdict: It is great to be able to customize it to our requirements.

    Pros: It has an amazing client engagement module. I also like how it can track and report on the data we need with a configurable and flexible system. It has helped us grow as well as improve data quality.

    Cons: The reports need a lot of improvement. They are unnecessarily complicated.

    Pros: Amid the ongoing covid outbreak, it was so important for us to ensure that our clients continued to receive essential supports and services. Penelope has turned out to be the best way for us to manage service delivery, keep our staff connected, and ensure the continuation of care for our patients.

    Cons: Initially the customer support was very quick to respond but over the period it is not responsive as before.

    Verdict: It is a secure and comprehensive web-based case management system.
