Pros: Very adaptable with a variety of payment sources. The training was very flexible and responsive and trainers were very friendly.
Cons: The number of buttons sometimes become overwhelming. There are usually 5 menus and twenty buttons before i could fix a problem.

Pros: You can not customize reports to your liking and need to accept the reports that it provides. Not very user friendly too.
Cons: It does not run batches for eligibility so we need to verify individually. The customer service is non existent.

Cons: It is super slow and works only on windows plus the phone app is very old and the calendar never update automatically.
