Pros: I like the billing features. Each client's chart bring up all the notes, demographic information and billing etc.
Cons: It is super slow and works only on windows plus the phone app is very old and the calendar never update automatically
Verdict: Slow and needs a lot of new features
Pros: The implementation was fast and fairly simple. The training videos were very helping and made the learning curve easy.
Cons: It was sold to me as being more specific to my situation than it has proven to be.
Verdict: Great training and implementation
Pros: I really like the ease of learning and using the scheduling software. I am also very pleased with the support that is available. They always treat me with respect and dignity.
Cons: There have been a few times when updates are made and things do not function as well as they should. Please look in to this problem.

Pros: A complete practice management project package as it includes many practice features that are add value to the organization. Customer support is responsive, motivated and thorough.
Cons: Sometimes system lags a lot.

Pros: Very adaptable with a variety of payment sources. The training was very flexible and responsive and trainers were very friendly
Cons: The number of buttons sometimes become overwhelming. There are usually 5 menus and twenty buttons before i could fix a problem
Verdict: Easy, efficient and organized
Pros: Software itself has tremendous capabilities, advanced patient is nice, checking patient in thru ipad and easy accessibility.
Cons: Slow response time, lack of accountability. The customer support service is the worst thing about the software.
Verdict: Not too good nor too bad
Pros: You can not customize reports to your liking and need to accept the reports that it provides. Not very user friendly too.
Cons: It does not run batches for eligibility so we need to verify individually. The customer service is non existent.
Verdict: Not very user friendly software in my experience.
