Pros: I just started using this system a few weeks ago. I am pretty happy with it. The more I use it the more I like it.
Cons: Than cardiovascular specifically I wouldn't expect it to be so tailored.
Verdict: I understand a customized message can be created to direct them to text my number.
Pros: There is much to learn. At this time I am relieved at the ease of use.
Cons: Problems understanding the customer service, overall language barrow.
Verdict: I wish there are way to receive a confirmation text from the client after the appointment reminder is sent out.
Pros: I am also looking for the additional ability for clients to reschedule or schedule appointments, which looks like it is on the list for launch in the next few weeks.
Cons: You pay a big amount when sign the contract and you pay even more when you terminate the contract. Not happy with the Practice Perfect System.
Verdict: Customer services has been great as well. I had a question that was quickly answered.
Pros: It is a good affordable system for someone in a solo practice.
Cons: I use a billing service so this feature is not important to me, but I do need a way to print out professional receipts for co-pays.
Verdict: Since I am only in the initial stages of adding new patients, but so far the tutorials have been easy to follow and hopeful.
Pros: It makes running my practice much smoother. There are so many too list them all.
Cons: I regret that I hooked up with this company.
Verdict: That has been true to date. I am a Mac user, so the interface is very appealing.
Pros: It will be nice when this is truly and fully incorporated into the software.
Cons: This feature is already part of the system. I know I haven't even covered all of the features.
Verdict: Some of the other software options were Windows based with little interest in expanding.
Pros: As such, we must maintain a quick and efficient method for communicating with these referring physicians.
Cons: There does seem to be a learning curve. I also have not been able to figure out how to import client data from other systems.
Verdict: I have not had time to work with Practice Perfect EMR Software to see how this can work, but the platform seems like there is room to personalize.
