Pros: I appreciate how complete the system is it truly feels like a one stop system. The billing EHR and patient portal all work together which makes communication smoother between staff and patients. Reporting features are also strong and easy to understand.
Cons: Initial setup took some time and training new staff still requires patience.

Pros: athenaOne has been a real time saver since it combines scheduling billing and charting in one system. I like being able to move between tasks without jumping into separate programs. The mobile features are also very handy when I’m not at my desk.
Cons: Sometimes the navigation feels a little crowded with options.
Verdict: It is not flawless but it has simplified a lot of daily operations for my practice. I would call it a dependable all around tool that is worth the investment.
