Pros: It is fine once you know how to use it. Has good features for pediatric care especially with growth charts and vaccine tracking. The interface is okay nothing special.
Cons: Reports are hard to generate and it takes too many clicks to do simple tasks.
Verdict: It is decent but not the most user friendly. We have made it work but there is definitely room for improvement.

Pros: Honestly I regret choosing NextGen. Nothing about it feels smooth. Everything takes forever. From documenting to navigating and even just logging in.
Cons: We have had frequent issues with downtime and poor tech support. Feels more like a burden than a solution.
Verdict: This system has been more of a blocker than a benefit. We are already exploring other options.
