Pros: I like that it is web based and there is no heavy installation. The interface feels relatively light and I can teach new staff to use it without much hassle.

Cons: Sometimes the servers slow down at peak hours. That really interrupts clinic flow.

Verdict: Not perfect but definitely cost effective. For a mid sized family clinic it is a reliable tool that gets the job done.

Pros: The software is simple enough that my staff picked it up quickly. The charting side is not cluttered and the patient portal is easy for families to use which cuts down on phone calls.

Cons: Reporting tools are weak and getting customized data is not easy.

Verdict: It works fine for daily needs but if you are looking for in depth analytics it falls short. Good for basic patient care less so for long-term practice insights.

Pros: I find Practice Fusion EMR to be pretty straightforward for routine charting and scheduling. The templates help me save time during busy clinic days and the cloud access means I can pull up charts from home if needed.

Cons: The e-prescribing occasionally lags and it is frustrating when patients are waiting.

Verdict: It is a solid system for a small practice like mine. It does not do everything perfectly but it keeps the workflow manageable without being overwhelming.
