    Pros: It is cloud based so you can review a patient from any computer or smart phone. All the IT download improvements are done by them. Can't think of anything else.

    Cons: Customer support is the worst. They don't reply to your calls. The new updates are also very problematic. The software lags too.

    Pros: The answering service can use for scheduling, simplistic design, customizable templates, integrated calendar.

    Cons: Labs do not attach with referrals, the direct messaging function for other PF users sting. They are charging a monthly fee and penalty to which is withholding all your charts.

    Pros: Very clean interface and easy to find the info you need when you need it. Short learning curve compared to most EHR. Having a great experience.

    Cons: Our system does not interface with the ER, so end up having to access patients in 2 different places and sometimes re-enter data. Other than that there are no cons.

    Pros: Notes are able to be done quickly compared to any of the three other software companies I have used. The functionality of the software is very simple and useful for our practice.

    Cons: Very difficult to customize, the system is constantly down and support is awful. Be prepared to spend hours on the phone or wait days for a response from the company. You have to enter some things manually which wastes time.

    Cons: Solo practitioner office and it lacks any two way communication with claims clearinghouses/billers making a separate billing system (expensive and time consuming) mandatory. Also, in NC we are not yet able to use EPCS for controlled substances.

    Verdict: I like it overall, but would advise others to consider whether they will have a billing admin/support person in office to help with that aspect as otherwise it is too much time for a single-provider to manage.
