Pros: SmartCloud EHR Software makes it easier to manage clinical documentation, scheduling, and billing in one system. I especially like the touchscreen and tablet features because they make note-taking and documenting patient encounters much quicker.
Cons: The system has a lot of features, so it can take some time to get familiar with everything. More flexibility in customization and an even simpler interface would make the experience better.
Verdict: I would recommend SmartCloud EMR Software to chiropractic practices looking for an all-in-one EHR solution. The combination of documentation, scheduling, patient communication, billing, and reporting makes it a convenient option for managing day-to-day practice operations.

Pros: It has been fairly dependable for managing our daily clinic notes and scheduling. The cloud access is convenient. I can log in from home or between patient visits without much trouble. The templates for SOAP notes are detailed enough for most situations. It saves a decent amount of time compared to handwritten documentation.
Cons: The system can lag a bit during busy hours. Also sometimes the interface feels dated. It is also taken some time to train new staff on where everything is.
Verdict: SmartCloud is a solid EMR software. I would say it is a mid tier option for small chiropractic practices. It gets the job done once you learn the system.
