Pros: SRS EMR has a dashboard feature that shows all of the immediate diagnosis, visits and other info of your current patient. Ive found this to be incredibly refreshing as other similar software decides to neglect this simple yet relatively genius feature!
Cons: The scan place feature is very glitchy and slows the system down a lot. Sometimes it will even kick you out the software completely, forcing you restart.
Verdict: My experience with SRS has been excellent, despite some minor hiccups, with great customer support and uniquely implemented features.

Pros: SRS has made charting much faster for me and my staff. It is not overly complicated and I can finish notes without extra clicks. I also like how the interface is clean and easy to read.
Cons: Sometimes it runs slower during peak hours. Support takes a while to respond on weekends.
Verdict: Overall this is a helpful EHR that works well for a small to midsize practice. It is not perfect but it does the job and saves us time daily.

Pros: I have found SRS to be extremely user friendly for our business. We employ a massive range of employees between the ages of 20 up to their 70s, so there is a large gap in their skillset. The fact that SRS EMR can put all employees on an even playing field is incredibly impressive!
Cons: There is a large delay in turn around time for support when we submitted a trouble ticket which we found very disappointing.
Verdict: Overall we have found SRS to be very simple, reliable and easy to use. Highly recommend!

Pros: The system is alright not too confusing after you get used to it. It has most of what I need for daily tasks and keeping records. Templates are okay and save time on repetitive entries.
Cons: Initial setup was frustrating and training could be better. Also it is not very customizable which is a letdown
Verdict: This software is average for the price and works fine for general practice.
