Pros: This software does exactly what it describes. It has all the essentials to run a practice of any size. Billing, scheduling, notes or teletherapy are all in one place. It is also wonderful to be able to connect to the system via my phone and be able to send and receive messages or get appointment reminders or reschedule them all through my phone.
Cons: Not a very pleasant experience with the customer service.
