Pros: Very easy to use, various templates, excellent billing features. I really appreciate its clinical views and dashboards with a personalized touch. We have a ready access to all the relevant information we need in real-time.
Cons: Need some more training to get the maximum benefit out of this product.
Verdict: A highly robust management solution.
Sara, AMD Billing
Pros: Outstanding customer support team and flexibility of the software that can be tailored to meet our needs is what we needed. Its overall structure is very innovative unlike our previous software system.
Cons: Training was minimal.
Verdict: Excellent experience, would highly recommend.
Pros: It has helped us in providing our clients with accurate, timely, and quality care. Nothing fancy or advanced though.
Cons: Over the period of time we have realized how one issue causes several other issues. It is almost as if they are putting faulty code on top of more faulty code with not a very helpful customer care.
Verdict: It is a good software but needs improvement.
Stephanie, Behavior Care Works
Pros: That I have the freedom to go someplace else and use a different EHR.
Cons: Vendor totally unresponsive even to data integrity and data loss issues. Problems take months of pleading to resolve. There is no data model available and the vendor cannot describe the relationships between the (many, many) data tables. It appears there are no internal code reviews and no code management processes. Version management and tracking of patient data is unreliable or in many cases nonexistent. As a customer, my organization lived in terror of an audit. Customer management representatives are a revolving door and we never knew who was the latest inexperienced and unprofessional junior employee assigned to our account.
Verdict: This is an abysmal product that appears to have started life as a college freshman coding 101 project and then got out of hand. Zero confidence in the reliability of the clinical data. And the product is utterly non 508 compliant for accessibility, so users with vision impairments cannot access it.
