Pros: It has a very simple and clean layout. One of its most convenient feature is its ability to input all work schedules and ensure appointments are scheduled during specific work hours. I also appreciate the appointment and email reminders.
Cons: Just that we have to log in every time we have to change the schedule.
Verdict: Far better than our previous software solution.

Pros: I really like its patient portal which is very unique and has this personalized touch to it. It hardly takes times to set it up plus it is so easy for the patients to interact on their own. Plus it gives us full control to choose whether to share any documents with them or not.
Cons: It lacks in the ability to customize appointments, treatment plans, and notes.
Verdict: Overall great.

Pros: What I like best about this software is that it auto-suggests DSM-5 and ICD-10 diagnoses. And even though there are additional charges for certain features I believe the one area where it stands out is its billing. It is amazing how it presents real-time client insurance eligibility reports for numerous payers.
Cons: Regular updates are required for certain tools and features.
Verdict: It works amazing. Would highly recommend.

Pros: It is very affordable, user friendly and flexible I believe. It has all the tools we need to run our small size practice. The reports are specially very easy. The customer service is also very quick to respond, really helpful, and supportive.
Cons: After using it for quite some time I have found the notes to be not as robust as the other features.
Verdict: Very comprehensive.

Cons: Nothing as such but its cost may be a problem for many.
