Pros: The interface is easy to use. It was not difficult for the staff to learn and use quickly. The scheduling feature is excellent and I find it very convenient for managing appointments and rescheduling reminders.
Cons: Some of the advanced reporting features I need for tracking patient progress are lacking.
Verdict: It works well for daily tasks but it can feel limited for those looking for detailed reporting and data analytics.

Pros: The software handles the basics well like appointment scheduling, patient records and billing. It is easy enough for staff to get started with and makes communication between therapists and admin staff much more efficient.
Cons: The customer service could be better at responses but tend to be slow and it sometimes takes too long to resolve technical issues.
Verdict: While it covers the essential features for running a therapy practice the customer support experience leaves much to be desired.

Pros: Therapy Rehab EMR has simplified the management of my patient records and treatment plans. Notes taking and templates can be customized as required which saves a lot of time during busy workdays. The billing integration is also very smooth.
Cons: The system can be slow at times, especially when uploading documents, which disrupts the workflow.
Verdict: Would recommend.
