Pros: The main strength of Ultralinq is its cloud based imaging which has made remote access very convenient. The system does what it promises in terms of image sharing, and it saves us from relying on physical storage.
Cons: The platform looks dated and it feels clunky when switching between tasks. Customer service has not been very responsive and I have had to follow up multiple times to get issues resolved.
Verdict: Ultralinq has its uses but I do not think it is the most efficient option out there. For practices that need basic cloud access to imaging it is fine but if you are expecting a modern EMR with strong support it falls short.

Pros: Ultralinq has been helpful for handling imaging and storing reports especially when coordinating across multiple providers. The interface is fairly simple to navigate and my staff learned it faster than expected. It integrates reasonably well with our workflow without too much disruption.
Cons: It can be a bit slow when loading larger image files and I have run into occasional hiccups when exporting reports.
Verdict: For daily use it covers the essentials without adding unnecessary complexity. While there are areas that could be polished I find it dependable enough for our practice needs.

Pros: There are many great features of this software. To be able modify the reports according to the liking and interest of our physicians is just great.
Cons: We have not fully used all of its features yet, but so far no complaints.

Pros: It is super easy to use and fast. Reporting in particular is really smooth and convenient to check patient studies compared to our previous software. I would definitely recommend it.
Cons: Its installation with a newer machine can be slightly complicated but nothing otherwise.
