WRS Health Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Software, is a Cloud-based integrated Practice Management (PM) software solution designed by practicing physicians to manage their entire practice. WRS EHR combines features like Electronic Health Records software (EHR), Practice Management (PM) and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Personal Health Records (PHRs), all in a single platform. WRS Health is ONC-ATCB and CCHIT certified.
The solution is capable of serving 32 medical specialties and has specific templates, functionality, a library of charting tools and a workflow for each. Some of these specialties include Cardiology, Immunology, Dermatology, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Bariatric Surgery, Neurosurgery, Pain Management, and Pediatrics. WRS Health has customizable EMR content that provides seamless workflow and data control.
WRS Health has integration with labs and diagnostic equipment specifically for a specialty. It also has integration with pharmacies and another handful of features, for example, e-Prescribing (e-Rx), e-Faxing, Secure Messaging, Disease Management, and Treatment Planning.
WRS also has an integrated Patient Portal that automatically updates test diagnostics and enables patients to schedule appointments, pay bills online, ask for prescription refills, review their medical records and send their medical files through secure messaging.
The software enables practitioners to easily schedule consultations, manage diagnostics and prescriptions, as well as administrative and financial functions, can also be managed through accurate claims, claim scrubbing, inventory checks, superbills, and overall data management.
WRS Health is a Surescripts® Solution Provider for its web-based Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and Practice Management System (PM) V5.0. The EMR and PM V5.0 is Surescripts. certified for prescription routing messaging. It has been designed and built by medical professionals, who leveraged their expertise to help other healthcare providers with similar issues.

Pros: Very comprehensive and helpful once you spend the time to know the details. Electronic touch and macros help much more than keyboard. A great asset of our practice.
Cons: It takes a long time to tweak the software to make it more personable and appear written by the doctor rather than strictly automated. I do not think that it is a big issue but this is what came to my mind.

Cons: The investment in the software was reasonable for everything that it does, but the yearly support fee feels like too much. Customer support can also be improved a little bit more.

Pros: Easy to see summaries of patient information and to pull down test results. Good customer support. User friendly patient portal.
Cons: It became time consuming when I wanted to give feedback on the results to patients it was just not helpful the task manager had to close two screens form the task manager section. Prevention section is nonexistent.
