Cons: Horrible Customer Support and also I was unable to understand their billing tutorial.
Verdict: User friendly, lacks customer support.
Cons: Customer support is non existent. The clearing house they are using for billing is horrible. The product is very rigid. The templates available for our specialty do not meet the criteria for the E&M codes.
Verdict: It's getting worse with time.

Cons: Outdated instructions videos. Fax numbers given in the referral are needs to be updated urgently.
Verdict: Satisfactory but needs improvements
Pros: Easy to see summaries of patient information and to pull down test results. Good customer support. User friendly patient portal.
Cons: It became time consuming when I wanted to give feedback on the results to patients it was just not helpful the task manager had to close two screens form the task manager section. Prevention section is nonexistent.
