ChiroSpring is a chiropractic Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Practice Management (PM) Software Solution which operates on a cloud-based server. This software provides a Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) compliant billing, accounting, and scheduling solution integrated with EMR functionalities.
It offers a customizable calendar option in which the front office staff can edit the colors representing a particular color-code. Different physicians can be assigned different colors and the hours when the practice is closed can be blocked out.
Other than that, this Electronic Health Records (EHR) System provides documentation facilities for current medications, patient instructions, previous illnesses, and SOAP notes.
Images such as X-rays and Thermography scans can be uploaded and edited by the Chiropractors themselves. The automated billing and receipt processing helps process online payments. Moreover, the scheduling feature allows appointment reminder sending, fee-based scheduling, and patient communication.
This software is supported via phone and email. PC can also run this software through Mac OS, Windows 2000, Windows Vista, Windows 7/8 through a web browser (OS agnostic).
Pros: The software is easy to use!! Also, the price is relatively lower than other touch-screen EHRs in the market. Besides the usability and the price, customer service is also fantastic. I got an immediate response to a query even over the weekend.
Cons: There were a few glitches with the printing function but their support team helped me get over those issues.
Verdict: My 6 months of using this software have been fantastic. I heard they have some improvements in the pipeline. Would love to see those asap!!

Pros: The best thing about it is that it can be accessed from anywhere any time. It has amazing integrated features which are easy to learn and get you running in no time. Ever since we got ChiroSpring in our practice, everything seems to be super organized and efficient and there is a significant constructive change in our outcomes and administration of services.
Cons: I expect the customer service to be a lot better than what they offer right now. Not very pleased.
Verdict: Would recommend.

Pros: The versatility of this software for our practice helps us do different types of tasks from the same software, meeting our practice-specific requirements. Also, they constantly keep adding features which helps us stay in trend.
Cons: Although I love how they keep adding new features, still the regular software updates get annoying. It would be good if the updates lasted for a while before needing to be updated again.
Verdict: Our organization has been using ChiroSpring for quite a long time now and there haven't been any major issues. From the functionality to the support team, everything is well organized and helpful.

Pros: We have been using ChiroSpring for quite some time, it is very user friendly and very easy to use. It has simple functions and the appointments are also very quick and easy. It regularly gets updated, and I have noticed great transformation in it over the passage of time.
Cons: The updating notifications should not be via emails rather pop ups or direct messaging would be great.
Verdict: An overall great software with great functionality.
