Pros: It provides all the options you could ever need is awesome, We are a new internal medicine (Adding Cardiology) practice in Atlanta, and we have been using eClinicalWorks as our EHR from the start.

Cons: Support sometimes takes long time to respond to a ticket, We wanted to outsource your billing to a company that would always be working for our best interest.

Verdict: I learned of eClincalWorks from several colleagues that use this same software.I recommend to small businesses with up to 10 providers.

Cons: Then they charge extra for the clinical part to run easier, There's nothing to complain about with eClinicalworks.

Verdict: Now we are asked to be very specific to support ACO and value-based payment models, and eCW can be quickly customized to achieve this goal.

Pros: So far the system has been easy to learn and navigate It is possibly due to the contract obtained through a larger network.

Cons: I have been recently introduced to eclinicalworks for Electronic medical records, Easy to use, quick adaptability, images integrate easily.

Verdict: But training info isn't that helpful directly through the vendor, Customer service hasn't been easiest to work with, Be sure you have the tools in place to fully train your staff and once integrated have ongoing training/support.

Pros: Dictation through the phone app makes my life worth living. It is the only reason I give this 3 stars

Cons: Absolutely too many clicks needed for literally everything. The MOST annoying is the INSANE method of creating a new Rx from a telephone encounter. Pt calls you on a weekend, you want to send Rx. It is so idiotically complicated and involves so many pages and clicks that I just phone the pharmacy. It is infuriating and there is no reason for such complexity for such a simple task. Every time this happens it makes my BP go up.

Verdict: Mediocre. I have no opinion about their support since all support is through my overlords, but there seems to be no ability to complain to them about anything. They just did an update with promises of fewer clicks, but for each click removed, two were added elsewhere.

Verdict: I've trained many staff members on the system as well and they have also had an easy time figuring out the system, I've used many EHR systems throughout my medical training and eClinicalWorks is by far the most intuitive, easy to use and easy to learn system I've worked with.

Pros: I have not worried about a server backup or hardware upgrade for our production system in many, many years. We enjoy exceptional uptime and lots of cool features for everything from charge capture to population health management to HCC RAF capture.

Cons: This has resulted in some bugs and some delays in clinical development while the arcane and pretentious directives of the Meaningful Use program are achieved, Many of them are using the product on their smart phones to coordinate and understand their care. The eBO product delivers interesting, customization, and actionable reporting.

Verdict: I would choose eClinicalWorks again. It may be that some software is easier to use out of the box, but eClinicalWorks is agile and can be adapted to our ever-changing marketplace in a shorter time to market.

Pros: I made some frightful memories getting the item fully operational. We kept on griping and help was exceptionally moderate, if any for a ton time. The administration has improved however I would even now not suggest this item.

Cons: I wish I had recorded the deal individual who exhibited the item. The program he utilized appears to be unique from what I have. Furthermore, my secretary took one of their online class courses and expressed that it was an exercise in futility as the program they utilized was easier to use than what we were given. I need to concur. I grumbled to the organization about this issue.

Verdict: I believe I was provided a request adaptation of the program showed at this point they deny this. Moreover, I picked this EMR over another in light of the fact that I was guaranteed it included telemedicine just as a clinical winged serpent. I bought the more exorbitant of the two plans offered which was recorded as far-reaching and included "Subtlety monster" just to be taken after I marked the agreement and whined that telemedicine was extra. It isn recorded in my agreement however I comprehended "exhaustive bundle" as included it instead of the essential bundle.

Pros: Easy to utilize and ground-breaking front end. On the off chance that the item is set up effectively.

Cons: Interoperability is testing. Since the back end is restrictive, associating with standard interface motors is testing. Backing for FIHR, HL7 or IHE profiling (or OMOP) MUST include the organization.

Verdict: The organization is hard to manage when you need to port your information utilizing these devices. It is conceivable, yet extravagant and very tedious.

Pros: This EHR software does most of the job for us. It might not be the best in town, but it is probably similar to most EMRs with negligible flaws. It simplifies the financial or encounter data as well as recording of notes and billing of insurance. Their support is responsive too.

Cons: It just gets slow after an update and takes very long to pick up the speed to perform the usual tasks. That is very frustrating at times.

Verdict: eClinicalWorks EHR is not too good and not too bad.
