    Pros: Having a spot to put messages to other people or yourself about the experience was helpful to have and having a different region for changeless messages for all to see versus having individual messages in the diagram permit usability and documentation of repeating issues with a specific patient.

    Cons: There was one day when noteworthy updates had been made to the product with no early notification to the clients.

    Verdict: At the outset, the preparation was not what I thought. In any case, over the most recent, the online courses have extended and simplicity to watch and print power focuses also.

    Pros: its colorful, and the interface looks nice

    Cons: poor functionality, zero interest in working with the client to address design flaws / shortcomings / errors

    Verdict: its no surprise this vendor recently was held in contempt by a judge for failure to adhere to prior rulings against them in court

    Pros: Interesting information, good and user friendly interface, multiple options and point of views

    Cons: there is a lot of potential in this product and it is being improved wsith each update

    Cons: Bad Report system, appearance is enhanced in V10 with the price.

    Pros: Messenger allows calls and cancel if an emergency happens and we need to call the patients. Super cost effective. The chat portal gives quick answers, this saves trying to make training material on your own.

    Cons: Data entry is time consuming. There are difficulties if the support person does not have English as first language.

    Verdict: Great for our small health care department

    Pros: Excellent readability, patient portal and calling patients for normal values is convenient.

    Cons: Medication management is challenging. The alert functions are not very efficient.

    Verdict: Great features, poor customer support

    Pros: Very fluent workflow and task system marked clearly

    Cons: Got sued for inaccurate medical records which i believe they have mixed this far.

    Pros: It is very user friendly and allows many customization options.

    Cons: If you add a note in the "claim log" and want to go back to patient's chart it saves your log even if you are not done typing

    Verdict: Our office just started using the features where patients can make their own appointments online.

    Cons: Not being able to see if some changes are made in the system and especially by whom.

    Verdict: Best billing system to use for billing I've came across so far.

    Pros: Good features for managing medical office as well as patient charting. Best for large practices

    Cons: It is too costly for small practices. Not easily streamed line for the a specialty practice. Difficult to communicate with the support team.

    Verdict: Very straight forward practical application to use given all the functions available.

    Pros: Typed notes come out looking very professional. The voice to text is better than Dragon.

    Cons: Entire portions for example "exam" disappears . Sometimes you can't dictate at all.

    Verdict: eClinical is a disgrace

    Pros: Reasonable ease of use and cost as compared to other EHR systems in the market. Last update was better.

    Cons: Poor tech and customer support even though we have asked multiple times there was no response
