Pros: EZDERM software is extremely user-friendly and the staff members have been easily trained to use it. Practice growth can be easily tracked without having to call anyone and the customer service is very helpful and responsive.
Cons: One of the things that i don like about the software is that some documents are duplicated. If more than one user is working on the same document it is saved as two separate documents. A lock-out feature should be included so only one user is able to make changes to a document at a time.
Verdict: The intuitive interface makes it extremely easy to navigate and use.

Pros: First-time users will not have an issue using the software as it is intuitive and quite easy to operate. Changes can be easily incorporated and ideas are implemented in the updates as well. I can auto-download without any additional charges.
Cons: Loading of reports take their time and if i need particular data it takes even more time. Automatic updates may upset the workings of other processes which can be annoying at times.
Verdict: The EMR software provides a great customer support and its user-friendliness cannot be ignored.
