Pros: I use PIMSY every day and it keeps all my notes, charts and tasks in one place. Its templates are very good and save me a lot of time writing the same things. I like how I can manage my whole workflow from intake to billing without switching between systems.
Cons: The mobile access could be better. It does not work as smoothly on my tablet.

Pros: I like that PIMSY helps me stay organized with my patient notes and appointments. It has a clean layout and I was able to learn the basics pretty fast. The scheduling tools are helpful for a busy day and make it easier to manage my week.
Cons: It takes a while to load sometimes and that slows me down.
Verdict: Overall it works well for what I need and I would recommend it to small clinics.

Cons: The customer service is the only issue, they respond very late.
