CareCloud EMR Software is a cloud-based integrated Electronic Health Records (EHR) Software that provides Patient Management (PM) software and Medical Billing services to practices and practitioners, whether it is a small family run practice or a large scale hospital. Healthcare providers can also manage their daily work and access patient records on their iOS and Android devices by installing the CareCloud mobile app.

    Pros: Through the robust billing and collections module, we can easily see if a claim has any errors, it has helped to increase practice revenue. Also, the appointment module is pretty comprehensive and intuitive. Really happy with how we can get so much data and information from CareCloud, earlier it wasn possible.

    Cons: The recent updates have made the prescription platform slow and it gets hard to work. With the changes, there are more chances of error when selecting a medication.

    Verdict: The customer support has been extremely helpful and responsive. They usually fix and resolve the issue right and there.

    Pros: The intuitive interface is easy to use for both admins and healthcare providers. Really like the e-Rx functionality, errors with handwritten prescriptions have been completely eliminated.

    Cons: Due to a recent update patient messages stop for a while.

    Verdict: I am content with the software, it offers great features at a good price.

    Pros: Really like the patient-check in screen as it is easy to use, you just need to drop and drag. Also, the patient pictures are good.

    Cons: Not happy with the billing platform. Our billing specialist can get the task done in a single phone call but for CareCloud it will take months to work on it. The calendar settings are also global and cannot be customized according to each practitioner and area which is a big drawback.

    Verdict: There is room for improvement, they need to focus on their billing software.

    Pros: The intuitive design of the software makes it extremely easy to navigate, new employees get a hang of it in no time and the basic software features does not require much training, this has saved our costs and time.

    Cons: Customer support is just okay, the assigned customer support representative is not quick to respond.

    Verdict: A great software product, like the regular updates and the billing platform.

    Pros: literally nothing, it's technology is so old it's considered a security risk by every browser and so outdated it should have been used on the original moon landings

    Cons: everything! the platform is slow, unusable and outdated, the service from their team is lackluster at best and downright negligent and obtuse as an average

    Verdict: shouldn't be in use and they should feel the effects of competition sooner or later since they refuse to adapt

    Pros: The software basically moves from left to right and limited selection of specialties that are able to use tracking and denials.

    Cons: Providers do not need access to billing but they schedule of all patients being seen in the clinic on a day they are working.

    Verdict: I would like to know the iPhone app and the calendar app to offer a few more features.

    Pros: Zip+4 and NPI database is a great feature, very easy to loop up existing appointments.

    Cons: Only using PM side of system as we use a different EHR system that is dermatology

    Pros: Managing my clients has never been more easier. The billing app is great. It has great functionality and is fairly robust and user friendly.

    Cons: The app needs more features, there should also be a way to upload clinical documents.

    Cons: The system is a bit costly. Smaller practices may not be able to afford it.

    Pros: The software offers usability with a lovely layout. It offers flexibility by letting you move sections & modules. It also offers a strong reporting module.

    Cons: Nothing I do not like, but if they could somehow record the time a patient spends on each visit, it would be great.

    Verdict: Make sure you use the software in each area that relates or effects your charting for patients.
