Pros: We wanted a fully integrated electronic health records, practice management, and billing software, and DrChrono has been the best choice. Everything is available through this one vendor. The Apollo Plus plan is expensive, but it fulfills all our needs. We would rather have one integrated software than juggle several vendors.
Cons: It might be the high volume of clients they have to deal with, but the customer service is slow. We needed a little help after the training period, and it took three days to resolve.
Verdict: We are very pleased with DrChrono EMR software. It works for us.

Pros: DrChrono EMR software is easy to use, and the customizable appointment filter is one of the best features. Charting and documentation are also easy to navigate. We also like that photos taken with the iPad are stored directly in the EHR and check-in apps, and not the camera roll. This just makes it easier to comply with HIPAA regulations.
Cons: Sometimes the EHR app and check-in app don't sync immediately, and there is a lag.
Verdict: We are happy with DrChrono so far.
