Cons: A very focused market penetration which should be expanded.
Verdict: Generally a well built software
Pros: Notes and documents are automatically saved in an external third party cloud base i.e BOX. The system has a great fax capability with ability to fax almost from any screen and to fax most documents.
Cons: Templates are still in their infancy and generally they are limited compared to other EMRs. Customer service needs to improve a lot.
Verdict: Satisfactory software
Pros: The product is very goof at collecting information and data entry. Great for recording patients' information.
Cons: Their customer service is broken, to the point that if you have suggestions for them, they direct you to a forum where your post will be never be read by the "developers". The software is also not good at generating reports.
Verdict: Needs to improve a lot.
Pros: Does a great job in collecting and storing important health data for patients.
Cons: Reports generated are not very good. Data organisation is not helpful at all.

Pros: Data entry very easy to get used to. We've had this product for a long time, and we continue to grow with it. Finally starting using the CALENDAR. Yes, believe it or not, up until about a year ago we were still using a paper appointment book. Great software.
Cons: Literally can't think of any. I suppose if anything, my only complaint would be having to leave a message when I call. Nothing else.
Verdict: DrChrono is loaded with great features and functions.
Pros: The product is always improving, as needed, based on customer feedback and digital advances, which is the best thing about the system.
Cons: Everything is great, no cons about it.

Cons: Patients would like one receipt for all supplement sales and procedural services. Please look in to that.
