    Pros: Notes and documents are automatically saved in an external third party cloud base i.e BOX. The system has a great fax capability with ability to fax almost from any screen and to fax most documents.

    Cons: Templates are still in their infancy and generally they are limited compared to other EMRs. Customer service needs to improve a lot.

    Pros: The product is very goof at collecting information and data entry. Great for recording patients' information.

    Cons: Their customer service is broken, to the point that if you have suggestions for them, they direct you to a forum where your post will be never be read by the "developers". The software is also not good at generating reports.

    Pros: Data entry very easy to get used to. We've had this product for a long time, and we continue to grow with it. Finally starting using the CALENDAR. Yes, believe it or not, up until about a year ago we were still using a paper appointment book. Great software.

    Cons: Literally can't think of any. I suppose if anything, my only complaint would be having to leave a message when I call. Nothing else.

    Pros: I feel much more confident about our billing with DrChrono double-checking things for me. I always get an email or a call within one day of requesting help from customer service.

    Cons: I'm not a fan of is the patient list, which we have the ability to sort by patient appointment but not by provider. That doesn't make sense to me. Other than that a good software.

    Pros: I think the software was customized for our practice workflow before we even get it installed. Everything we needed was in it, just waiting to be utilized. The best thing about them is their customer service. You will always find someone to talk to and help you out. They always return your phone calls.

    Cons: I had one trouble with the software and that was when I used it on our iPad, the interface was somewhat different with different options compared to what I see while running it on my laptop.

    Pros: I have experienced only good customer service and support. And when I travel internationally I can still document and prescribe for my patients. When other practitioners complain about their systems I just laugh and tell them they are getting screwed because an EHR can be functional.

    Cons: Drchrono enables me to run my solo psychiatric practice both efficiently and profitable. I can change, what I want, when I want and it is easy, very easy and intuitive to use. They take care of my billing and credentialing process so all I have to do is see patients.

    Pros: It's fairly intuitive. There are definitely downsides to creating your own templates (see below). The ability to draw notes and fax notes is excellent, and improvements in fax documentation and signing is indicative of how they try to constantly improve. The different tiers of service offers a slightly clunky fit, though overall it is pretty decent given the fact you mainly have to choose the feature they lay out at each tier of service.

    Cons: I am more than willing to pay extra for better service with a "phone line" or "hot line" to call. This has been rejected. I don't know why. I find it a poor way to run service for an EHR company.

    Verdict: I still use it and have recommended it, but lately it has greatly interfered with our work flow, But somewhere between the breakdowns the poor communication system for support and the frequent errors when they change versions.

    Cons: I'm still having difficulty syncing them to my Box account as instructed, I still wish there is a better way to allow practitioners who no longer are practicing or no longer needing to keep their Drchrono EHR account active.

    Verdict: reliability in the use of electronic mobile devices and integrated services / products for medical records in an outpatient medical practice setting, I think drchrono is hard to beat.

    Cons: It's also so great BC it's cloud-based, the providers or staff can schedule patients, make clinical notes, check AR, look at the live claims feed, etc from the office, home, hospital, on vacation...At this point, we are only able to add a flag to the patients chart and search by that flag. It will build a report pulling ALL flags but no way to organize by date.

    Verdict: We looked at 5 other EHR's very seriously and chose Dr Chrono. So far, we are very happy with our choice!, There is a free version so I would suggest the providers/office staff get a free acct and mess around with it.

    Pros: It was already difficult to find a software that was able to work for both my disciplines but I found it nearly impossible to find a EHR that was able to accommodate my non profit requirements of gathering number of people in the household, yearly income, veteran status etc.

    Cons: So far during my implantation process they have been able to find ways to make it work for me, found this in DrChrono! They are truly a software company that writes EHR software. It is the best of both worlds.

    Verdict: The reason for my failure came from my not asking the right questions regarding our needs for documentation, Be very specific when it comes to the requirements your practice has for reporting.

    Pros: I'm a fan of iPads and apple products, and was impressed that DrChrono was based around that. I was initially attracted to the software for its advertised ability to be customized so much. And it looked like we'd save some production time and save some money as a result of using the software. I liked the integration of billing and notes.

    Cons: It is best seem right for a chiropractic office, unless I essentially customized it from the bottom up. I felt like I was rewriting the software. we felt the training was OK, but impatient trainers.The software really has a lot of potential. However

    Verdict: We ended up cancelling our use of this software and had to switch to a different one. Don't make a decision until you are sure because switching software a second time was very costly and time consuming.

    Pros: It is a good value for an EHR that offers MU certification and electronic billing and payments. the scheduling, eligibility, and billing features are easy to use implementation specialists and staff handling EDI enrollments are very helpful.

    Cons: It seems to be working OK, and then strange glitches in the system occur. There are certain processes that require double work The general support staff will rush you through a call if you need help.

    Verdict: As most things our staff have figured out on our own DrChrono is challenging to use at first but we have figured most of it out. We do still have occasional problems with it but we continue to use the program. I would like to recommend this EHR system.

    Pros: DrChrono's software is definitely the best software out there. They will do one on one tutorials where they will answer all your questions and help you get setup. Easy to use with full features. Integrated eRx.

    Cons: This information is easy to access and is kept under tabs that allow for quick search and find. There are plenty of fields for you unto be able to use. The EMR allows for easy tracking of patient progress and interactions.

    Verdict: Not a place for call tracking on the desktop, there is a place for call tracking on the App.

    Cons: At times may be glitch/slow Desktop version is not too great compared to Apple app.

    Pros: iPad functionality, free text from at bottom of each template Lab integration and insurance eligibility checker included in the higher premium plans; ability to expand with growth, including an option to have them handle Billing insurances.

    Cons: It can be a little slow to generate a full note or flip from screen to screen. Template customization takes a while you have to email in for support and will get a return phone call, usually w/in an hour ( I have't actually done this -this the estimated wait time I was given).

    Verdict: If your patients are fairly routine this might be a good option. If your cases can very widely or you see a lot of new patients, the template format may be too restrictive.

    Pros: I appreciate its iPad functionality and its overall capacity to mesh the daily documentation experience with the Billing side essentially seamlessly.

    Cons: Obviously designed by computer programmers with little input form healthcare workers Teach Support ca be frustrating to engage system template glitches (syntax and flow).

    Verdict: If you also plan to file claims electronically, be prepared to either file your claims separately form the DrChrono system or the use their assigned vendors.

    Pros: Their billing service is awesome and the software itself is amazing. Never used a better software and I think I never will because I am not going anywhere from DrChrono.

    Cons: Nothing. Absolutely nothing.

    Verdict: Iu2019ve been using DrChrono since they first began and truly made the whole paper process online. Being a old customer, I havenu2019t ever witnessed them failing me ever. If you are thinking of going for them, stopping thinking and just get DrChrono. I have compared their service with other companies and they are nowhere near DrChrono.
