Pros: Praxis EMR stands out because it is not template driven. It gives me more freedom to document in a way that actually fits how I think. Once I got past the initial learning curve I found it faster for charting notes compared to the more rigid systems I have used in the past.
Cons: The downside is that training new staff takes extra time. The interface is not as straightforward most newer platforms. Reporting tools could be a bit more user friendly.
Verdict: It is definitely different. It is not perfect but it does save me time in the long run once I adapted to it. I would recommend it for physicians who want more control over how they document.

Pros: Praxis gave me something different than the usual EMRs. I liked that. It learns from me and saves time in the long run. It helped reduce the time I spend on charting.
Cons: The system looks a bit old. Support could be faster when I need help.
Verdict: I am staying with this because it suits my style well. It works without forcing me into templates. It is not fancy but it is reliable.

Pros: I like that Praxis is very flexible and lets me work how I want to. I do not feel boxed in by templates. Over time it adapts well to my style and makes my work a bit easier.
Cons: The interface looks outdated. It took a long time to get everything set up properly.
Verdict: It is not the easiest EMR at first but once it is working it gets the job done. I think it is a good tool for practices that want more control.
