Pros: TherapyNotes is a fairly straightforward EMR software. The patient charting tools are easy enough. I like that they include built in compliance alerts and customizable SOAP note templates. It also makes documentation consistent.
Cons: Customer service sometimes takes a while to respond to ticket requests.
Verdict: It is perhaps not the most modern platform but it is indeed stable and covers the essentials well. For a mid sized rehab clinic it does what it promises without too much hassle.

Pros: It has a very simple and clean layout. One of its most convenient feature is its ability to input all work schedules and ensure appointments are scheduled during specific work hours. I also appreciate the appointment and email reminders.
Cons: Just that we have to log in every time we have to change the schedule.
Verdict: Far better than our previous software solution.

Pros: I really like its patient portal which is very unique and has this personalized touch to it. It hardly takes times to set it up plus it is so easy for the patients to interact on their own. Plus it gives us full control to choose whether to share any documents with them or not.
Cons: It lacks in the ability to customize appointments, treatment plans, and notes.
Verdict: Overall great.

Pros: What I like best about this software is that it auto-suggests DSM-5 and ICD-10 diagnoses. And even though there are additional charges for certain features I believe the one area where it stands out is its billing. It is amazing how it presents real-time client insurance eligibility reports for numerous payers.
Cons: Regular updates are required for certain tools and features.
Verdict: It works amazing. Would highly recommend.
