Pros: The system does a nice job of tying together patient information lab integration and referrals. It helps me stay on top of patient histories and treatment plans and I can see progress clearly from visit to visit. The patient portal is also a plus.
Cons: Customer support responses are not always as fast as I would like.
Verdict: It may not be perfect but it is been a helpful system for me and my staff. It is reliable for day to day charting and communication with patients.

Pros: athenaClinicals keeps patient charts well organized and easy to access. The e-prescribing function is smooth and I like that lab results flow right into the chart without extra steps. It definitely cuts down on paperwork compared to what I was using before.
Cons: Some workflows take more clicks than I would like.
Verdict: The software system has improved how I manage my patient records. It is not flashy but it is consistent and dependable which is what I value most.
