Cons: The layout can be a little more modern as it otherwise looks quite old fashioned.

Pros: Athena is more than an EMR software. With athenahealth, you get everything a medical practice needs especially for office operations and billing help.
Cons: The EMR side is not the best and looks older than it probably is.
Verdict: As an overall package, athenahealth is a great bundle with good customer support and value for money!

Pros: Easy to navigate tab interface for the Clinical Notes, Common Problem Palette feature consistently saves me time.
Cons: I receive error messages often for multiple items.
Verdict: Employee and client information is easy to enter and access. Also, faster response from customer service would be very appreciated.
